Because every order is different, processing times may vary. Jewelry that is already made and ready to purchase generally ships within a few business days after payment is confirmed.
Custom jewelry typically ships within approximately two weeks after the final design and payment are approved. Specialty materials or detailed designs may take longer, and any expected delay will be discussed before work begins.
Local pickup may be arranged in advance after the date, time, and location are confirmed directly with Shayna.
Returns & Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted, including custom-made jewelry.
Please review all photos, descriptions, measurements, materials, and custom-design details carefully before purchasing.
If an item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, contact Shayna promptly so the situation can be reviewed.
Pearl & Sterling Silver Care
- Put pearl jewelry on after perfume, hairspray, lotion, and cosmetics.
- Remove it before showering, swimming, sleeping, exercising, or cleaning.
- Gently wipe pearls with a soft, slightly damp cloth after wearing.
- Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box.
- Do not use ultrasonic, steam, silver-dip, or harsh chemical cleaners on pearls.
Sterling silver naturally tarnishes. Gently polish exposed silver with a soft sterling-silver polishing cloth, avoiding hard rubbing directly on the pearls. Store jewelry clean and dry.
